Ali was so great. Top notch employee with exceptional customer service skills. 👌 She made the check in process so easy and comfortable! She now probably thinks I'm a weirdo because I have reviewed her all over the place. But when my husband and I receive great service, I feel like every person should know. This world is full of negative people and things. We need to uplift our customer service people and let them know that they are doing a great job.

I liked the location , it was just the right spot to visit the local Norfolk beaches, there are lost of restaurants near by and our family members house was near by as well. Good air conditioning, we had a small refrigerator with freezer and microwave, and tiny coffee maker. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

The front desk gentleman was super nice. The room was bigger than what I was expecting it to be. I think the online pictures need to be updated as it looked like I was getting an outdated room (which I would have been okay with). But when we walked inside I was thoroughly surprised that it was modernized.

The staff was so helpful and the night I stayed the lady at the desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. The Manger was very friendly and the guy that was there when I checked in was absolutely nice and helpful.

The first room had a bed that felt like a board..When I went to the front desk the clerk was able to get me a room with a much more comfortable bed.I had problems with e TV and she called maintenance, who came and helped.
